Smart Bidder

This project introduces a web-based platform called Smart Bidder. It connects project owners with investors in an interactive environment. Project owners can create new projects and attach feasibility studies. The platform also offers an optional AI tool that helps improve project descriptions before they are submitted. Once submitted, each project is evaluated by an AI model that generates a numerical score. This score is visible only to the admin, to help with the approval or rejection process.
Investors can browse available projects, make investment offers, and respond to negotiations initiated by project owners through an internal messaging system. The platform also provides a smart assistant for both investors and project owners to answer questions and offer guidance.
An admin dashboard allows for managing users, reviewing and approving or rejecting new account registration requests, monitoring projects, moderating offers, addressing complaints, and sending notifications. Additionally, the platform includes data analysis tools for project owners to track performance without using AI.

Smart Bidder is developed using React.js for the frontend, Django Rest Framework for secure and scalable APIs, and FastAPI with OpenRouter and Qdrant to power selected AI-based features. The platform aims to improve collaboration between investors and entrepreneurs while enhancing the quality and efficiency of investment decision-making.
