The research aimed to determine the impact of strategic intelligence on developing
human competencies in Al Furat Company. The researchers used the descriptive
approach in the study, as the questionnaire was relied upon to collect data.
The research aimed to determine the impact of strategic intelligence on developing
human competencies in Al Furat Company. The researchers used the descriptive
approach in the study, as the questionnaire was relied upon to collect data. A
questionnaire was distributed to the employees of the company under study, the number
of which was (50) questionnaires, of which (40) were returned, and (40) of them were
valid for analysis. The data were analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS).
