Here are some common questions about our company.

After paying your subscription at the finance department, you can visit our office to activate your subscription and set your own password.

· The academic account (email + portal access) is created automatically after admission and registration of your data in Student Affairs.· To retrieve your credentials, you can:  

 Visit the IT support center in person (bring your university ID card) to have the account manually issued.

You can report through one of the following channels:

· Online ticket system: Via the ICT directorate website (select "Technical Support" then "Open a New Ticket").

Email: Send details to [email protected] (include your name, university ID, and problem description).

Phone: Call the unified support center (00963994200500).

 In person: Visit the IT support center on the ground floor of the ICT building (working hours: 9 AM – 3 PM).
