| This study aimed to investigate the extent of transformational leadership
practice, measure the nature and strength of the relationship between
transformational leadership dimensions and job performance indicators, and
provide practical recommendations to help leaders adopt and enhance
transformational leadership practices. The descriptive-analytical approach was used, and the study population comprised the service sector under the supervision of the Syrian Securities and Financial Markets Authority. A random sample of employees in various job positions was selected. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed electronically to employees in service companies under the supervision of the Syrian Securities and Financial Markets Authority (United Group for Publishing, Advertising, and Distribution, and the National Transport Company). Sixty (60) questionnaires were distributed and deemed valid for analysis.
