This course gives the students a global vision of project management and project life cycle. It covers the topics of project selection, planning, organizing, scheduling and resource allocation. It also covers control over execution phases to reach the specific outcome for every phase to ensure the optimal execution of the project according to its objectives and quality requirements within available resources and time limits
